An in-depth 90 minute online workshop for grounding and adrenal support; using many of the holistic practices and tools that I apply daily in my one to one practice.

One of the major functions of the adrenal glands is to respond to stress. Stress can be either physical, psychological or both. The adrenals also play a big role in hormonal balance particularly, during peri-menopause – menopause, when the adrenal glands produce increased levels of female hormones as they take over the role from the ovaries, becoming the main site of oestrogen and progesterone production in the body. The more we care for them, the less stress circulates in our body and the better our sleep, energy levels and stress responses will be.

👉 Rooted deals with the base chakra sharing practices and exercises you can use to get grounded and become solid and present in your life.

👉 The base chakra forms the 'ground' you walk in and is associated with emotional and physical security in relationships, work and finances. When it is balanced we feel safe, secure and abundant.
