Holistic health, Wellbeing, Creativity

About Siobhán

I’m a natural health practitioner, author and arts facilitator with 20 years experience of helping people overcome their health challenges so they can experience dynamic wellbeing.

My 1:1 practice specialises in women’s health, dealing with issues such as peri-menopause/menopause health, fatigue, low motivation, sleep issues, mood swings, stress, anxiety & hormonal flux.

My retreats, talks and workshops draw on my experience as a therapist and my work as a published author, performance poet, and creative arts facilitator – building wellbeing through reflective writing, sound/poetry, guided relaxation and holistic practices for emotional stress release and nervous system regulation.

My Story

I’ve spent most of my adult life researching and working in natural, holistic health care. Growing up with a sibling with special needs gave me a deep appreciation for difference, combined with a boundless curiosity about human nature and mind-body wellbeing. While travelling in India and Australia, I became interested in natural wellness & ecological sustainability.  On my return I began studying classical homeopathy and researching organic foods, sustainable living & holistic approaches to health.

My interest deepened during pregnancy and motherhood. And my practice attracted others searching for natural support. It has continued to grow and develop, specialising in women’s health during different hormonal stages.

I’m inspired by watching clients not only reclaim their energy and wellness but also their dynamic, creative empowered selves.  I’m interested in how deeply our emotional landscape affects our health.  I’m privileged to share the healing journey with my clients.
